Effective Date: July 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using channoch.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to the Channoch Inc corporate website only. Each Channoch platform (Legal, Services, AI) is governed by its own supplemental terms linked from that platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.

Some provinces do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; those exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Channoch Inc and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any false information you submit.

11. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Channoch Inc with respect to the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
